It´s a scam

Bought and payed for tennis shoes and a racquet cover. Neither the material arrives or they answer the phone, reply to e-mails or WhatsApp. It’s clearly a SCAM, beware, I lost 100€.

Does the shop exist at all? I’m considering, besides complaining everyone I can, going to Madrid and paying them a visit. Shameful fraud!

Tried contacting them in Portuguese and in english, only got automated bots answer.
